Cleanup Program: A Public Health Priority
An ADTEET Pilot Project
This Saturday, May 30, 2020, the volunteers of the Totsoanyi district and the staff of ADTEET proceeded to the operation of cleaning the public places of the said environment through the program of the ADTEET association called “Quality of Neighborhood, Quality of Life”.
The aim of this initiative is to embark on “waste hunting” in all the districts of Kpalimé. Indeed, the district chief Mr. Martin welcome the idea and request that our support begins areas surroundings the community cemetery as their top priority.
This cleaning of the district of Totsoanyi began around 6:00 am with the participation of about fifty (50) volunteers. These men, women and young people present made clean the edges of the main roads and all around the cemetery of the said district. The work ended with around 9:00 am in an atmosphere of satisfaction.
ADTEET thanks the neighborhood chief, Mr. Ahossey Martin, for having accepted the initiative and encouraged the participants to continue this routine monthly in their community.
